Terms

These terms cover the Opposable app, relay, cloud phones and website, provided by 100x Ventures OÜ (Estonia), trading as Reval Labs. By using them you agree to these terms.

Using it

• You're responsible for what you ask agents to do with a phone, and for the accounts and apps you let them use. Follow the terms of those apps and services.
• Don't use Opposable for spam, fraud, scraping you aren't allowed to do, getting around security or rate limits, or anything illegal.
• Agents make mistakes. Anything that looks like a payment waits for your approval in the app; keep approvals on, and check what agents did in the audit log.

Paid plans and cloud phones

• Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; we don't refund the current period unless the law requires it.
• Cloud phones are deleted within 30 days after a subscription ends. Keep your own copies of anything important.
• Prices may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.

Beta features

Parts of Opposable are marked beta or preview, including the iPhone Stick and its firmware. They may change, break or be withdrawn.

No warranty, limited liability

Opposable is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data, or for actions an agent takes on your phone, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under EU law.

Ending

You can stop using Opposable at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
